Shipping & Returns Policy

📦 Shipping

We offer free delivery on all orders over Rs. 2,000. 
Orders below Rs. 2,000 carry a flat delivery charge of Rs. 150.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). 
Delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. You will receive 
your tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

We currently deliver to all cities across Pakistan. Remote areas 
may take up to 7 business days.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- WhatsApp us first to initiate your return
- Our rider will collect the item from your doorstep
- Refund or replacement processed within 3–5 business days
- Sale items are not eligible for return
- Received a wrong or damaged item? Contact us immediately 
  and we will resolve it right away

💵 Cash on Delivery

COD is available on all orders across Pakistan. Simply place 
your order and pay cash to the rider upon delivery. 
No advance payment required.
